The seswaa

Seswaa

The seswaa is a traditional meat dish from Botswana, made of beef, goat, chicken or lamb. The meat is usually boiled greasy to get tender in any jar, with “enough salt,” and shredded or beaten. It is often served with pap (cornmeal) or sorghum porridge flour.
